AAA TRYOUTS

Details:

• Day 1 groupings will be assigned alphabetically By Last Name
• Day 2 groupings will be posted after Day 1 concludes. You will receive an email with your assigned group.(emails will come later in the day as we wrap up day 1 tryouts)
• No specific time requests will be honored.

A few important things to note:

• Each athlete will have two tryout sessions total, which will take place over two tryout dates.
• For the boys' groups, Day 1 will be organized alphabetically by last name.
• After the first tryout session, you will receive an email later that evening or early the next morning with your grouping for the second session. Groupings will be based on skill level.
• Please arrive 30–45 minutes prior to your scheduled tryout time.
• Please bring both a dark and a white jersey.
• Pinnies will be handed out at check-in.
• For all girls' groups, all girls will attend all tryout sessions. The girls will not be divided by last name or skill level.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special requests for specific groups or times.
• Please check the website regularly for any updates or changes to the schedule.

Team Offers

• After your final tryout date, please allow 7–10 business days to hear back from SDP regarding whether or not you were selected for a team.
• Please check your email daily, as there will be a 24-hour deadline to accept or decline a team offer.
• If we do not receive a response or registration within 24 hours, we will assume the offer has been declined and will extend the offer to another player as needed.
• There will be no exceptions or extensions to the 24-hour deadline.
• To be respectful and mindful of all players, we will not share information about who else has received offers.
• Once all teams have been formed, SDP will send an email letting everyone know that the teams are complete. This email will also help those who were not selected for a team know that the tryout process has concluded.
