Brendhan West

Brendhan West grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before spending many years in Duxbury, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children. The West family has recently returned home to Minnesota.

Brendhan played his youth hockey in Minnesota before attending Cretin-Derham Hall High School and graduating from Johnson High School in 1997. He continued his hockey career at Vermont Academy during the 1997–98 season before advancing to the USHL, where he played for the Twin City Vulcans.

Throughout the years, Brendhan has been actively involved in coaching youth hockey, including with the 2006 Blue Chips and 2006 Boston Advantage. His passion for player development and extensive experience at all levels of the game make him a valuable mentor to young athletes.

Professionally, Brendhan works for Octagon, where he represents athletes across a wide range of age groups and competitive levels. He has built strong relationships throughout the hockey community, including youth hockey, Tier I, high school, prep school, junior hockey, college hockey, and the professional ranks. His experience working with athletes, coaches, organizations, and hockey personnel has provided him with a unique perspective on player development and advancement.

Brendhan is excited to be back in Minnesota and is passionate about helping young athletes develop both on and off the ice. His goal is to not only help players reach their hockey potential but also to instill the values of character, teamwork, and leadership that will serve them throughout their lives.
