Alex Volpicelli

Introducing the newest addition to the SDP Coaching Staff!

Alex Volpicelli, owner of StrideRx, is a professional skating instructor with more than 10 years of experience coaching power skating skills in Massachusetts and Minnesota. As a competitive figure skater, she was a two-time New England Regional Champion, Eastern sectional competitor, and three-time US Junior National competitor. 

Currently, Alex spends over 40 hours a week on the ice training hockey players ranging from first-timers to NCAA and professional players. She works with teams from many organizations and associations including Shattuck St. Mary’s, Osseo-Maple Grove, and Eden Prairie. As an SDP Coach, Alex works with all SDP AAA teams and summer camp players, bringing their skating skills to the next level.
