SDP Girls Summer Training Program

Girls Summer Registration Now Open!

SDP is excited to launch our Girls Summer Training Program in 2023 with the U12 and U10 age groups. Training includes both on-ice and dryland sessions. Register at the link below.

2023 Girls Summer Training

Select Development Program Details:

  • June 14 - August 11, 2023 @ Maple Grove (MGCC)
  • U12 age group is on the ice two times per week
  • U10 age group is on the ice once per week
  • Off-ice dryland training program provided: shooting, puck handling, passing
  • Group size is limited
  • Low athlete to coach ratio

Training Schedules

The SDP Girls Summer Training Program will run from June 14, 2023 through August 11, 2023 (no training the week of July 4th).

U12 Schedule

  • On-Ice
    • Tuesday (10:15-11:15a)
    • Friday (10:15-11:15a)
  • Dryland
    • Friday (9:00-9:45a)
       

U10 Schedule

  • On-Ice
    • Friday (11:30a-12:30p)
  • Dryland
    • Friday (10:15-11:00a)

Program Costs:

  • U12: $750
  • U10: $550
